CARING FOR BODY, HEART AND MIND
I love connecting with people who are curious and willing to dive into the depths of our continually changing selves. What could be more interesting than exploring these amazing bodies, hearts and minds that we are all inhabiting? This deep inquiry is what inspires and sustains my personal practices. Through yoga, mindfulness, and healing therapies, I hope to offer guidance and support, enabling you to live with ease and joy.

YOGA
Mindfulness focused yoga provides us with an opportunity to slow down and observe ourselves moment by moment. Through movement, breathing, relaxation and reflection, we explore and care for the physical body, mind and heart.
bodywork
Our bodies are comprised of a collection of systems, both physical and energetic, that are intimately connected. When there is an imbalance on any level it may be felt mentally, physically or energetically. The healing modalities of reflexology, craniosacral therapy, yoga massage and chakra cleansing encourage the rebalancing of the body as an integral system.
RETREATS
Participating in a retreat allows us to be fully immersed in the teachings without the distractions of daily life. Whether for a day, a weekend or longer, a retreat is a wonderful way to deepen our personal practice while recharging the body and mind.
